Boise Family Dental Care

I’ve been going to Boise family Dental for a few years now. I’ve been able to schedule with the same hygienist(Enisa) the whole time, which adds to the extra comfort when you’re in a dentist office. I want to also give due credit to Enisa for being one of the kindest, easy going, and greatest hygienist I’ve ever had!! I’ve had phenomenal work done by their dentist, Dr. Crump, as well. He’s got a great personality and is good at putting patients at ease. Their offices are always clean and smell wonderful! Would 10/10 recommend them for your overall dental care facility.

After seven years and half a dozen dentists, I've found my "forever dentist". Awesome people, from the ladies at the reception desks to Natalie my dental hygienist to Dr Crump, they were all awesome. Super friendly and nice people. Most of all they are professional, THOROUGH and very knowledgeable. Natalie performed the most thorough cleaning I've had in seven years. Dr. Crump thoroughly talked me through some issues I was having and helped me make a good decision, unlike my previous dentist. Love these folks. My wife will be switching to Boise Family Dental Care as well.

From the moment I called to the moment we left this was a 5-star experience. My 11 year old son had chipped his front tooth, almost in half. We couldn’t find anyone open and kept getting answering machines and no call backs. I finally, thankfully came across Boise Family Dental and was not only greeted by a real person but one who efficient, empathetic, and the calming voice I need in a stressful situation. They were able to get us in, had a seamless new patient process, and had a clean and comfortable place for us to wait. All of the hygienists were kind, conversational, and professional in an incredibly welcoming way. Once Dr. Crump came in, he assessed the situation thoroughly and quickly and though he had a fully scheduled day, was able to fit in a full procedure for my son. My son was anxious about the procedure and Dr. Crump graciously sat with him, calmly and confidently answered alllllllll his questions, and made sure that not just I but also my son felt secure about what was going to happen so he could feel at ease with the decision. The front desk staff had the services estimated quickly, explained the options and charges and potentialities and made sure I was fully informed. The procedure was smooth, my once anxious and usually reserved son was talking and smiling by the end, and they were able to perform the procedure and rebuild his tooth as if nothing had happened. To say I am grateful comes nowhere near the level appreciation I have for this team. More so, I saw them interact as fully and graciously with every other person we saw come in and out of that office. As someone who has some severe dental anxiety myself, at no point did I feel that normal sense of dread or worry. Absolutely stellar, absolutely amazed, absolutely coming back.

Safe to say we found our new Dentist! Dr. Crump & his entire team from before we even walked in the door booking the (same day emergency last minute appointment) with the girl on the phone, to the moment we walked out, we were extremely impressed! Dr. Crump was the best Dentist we have ever had! He was amazing with my son and the hygienists were so kind and gentle and patient with him! We are new to the area and I truly am so grateful and blessed to have found this office! I can’t imagine going anywhere else after what we experienced and the quality work we received today! Thank you all so so much! An absolute gem of Boise!

I can’t say enough about how exceptional this dental practice is. I have a significant dental phobia, and twice now they’ve handled my care with patience, professionalism, and efficiency. Their approach made a real difference for me. I will definitely be returning—this is my dental practice of choice. Incredible staff!!
