I appreciate April in helping me after my tooth broke. Sadie and Dr Crump were very kind and professional in explaining the procedure that they were doing. I was truly nervous prior to my appointment and I left with full confidence in Dr Crump and Staff. Thank You for making my Dental Appointment a Positive Experience. 4- 14-26 Once again a Great experience with Dr Crump and his Friendly staff. Highly recommend. 9-2-26 Had my cleaning and was greeted as soon as we walked in. Our hygienist were very informative and kind. I would recommend Boise Family Dental to everyone who wants a Dentist who cares about you as a person. All the Office staff from Frontline office, hygienist and dental assistants and office mgr are fantastic you we won't be disappointed

The best experience I’ve had at a dentist office, very kind and knowledgeable professionals. The Doctor and the dental hygienist are gems. The Doctor performed lovely work, I was comfortable the entire visit.

After seven years and half a dozen dentists, I've found my "forever dentist". Awesome people, from the ladies at the reception desks to Natalie my dental hygienist to Dr Crump, they were all awesome. Super friendly and nice people. Most of all they are professional, THOROUGH and very knowledgeable. Natalie performed the most thorough cleaning I've had in seven years. Dr. Crump thoroughly talked me through some issues I was having and helped me make a good decision, unlike my previous dentist. Love these folks. My wife will be switching to Boise Family Dental Care as well.

I have never left a negative review, but I feel others should know about my experience. I paid a lot of money for a crown, and despite two attempts to adjust it, it never fit correctly. I was jokingly told by the dentist that my bite must be "weird", so I assumed the significant pain I was experiencing post-root canal and crown was normal. It wasn't until I sought second and third opinions from other dentists that I learned the crown was of very poor quality and didn't even fit my tooth. It will need to be redone. I depended on what seems to be good reviews on Google, but realize that may be due to their poster board in the lobby that states patients who leave a Google review can be entered into a drawing for an iPad.

10⭐️ experience. From the cool dandelions in the waiting area to the exceptional patience & understanding of the entire staff. I had procrastinated my dental care & built up an unreasonable fear. So happy that I found Dr. Crump and his staff. Thank you all, so much.
