A Reason to Smile

Just had my first appointment to establish care yesterday. Had an awesome experience with my hygienist Ri and their new dentist Dr. Archibald. Appreciated how thorough Ri was. She was funny and helped me feel comfortable right away, and got my teeth very shiny! Dr. Archibald spent plenty of time with me identifying areas to watch vs areas to take care of right away. I appreciated his measured approach and thoughtful analysis. Great group of people. Glad I found them!

Amazing experience from start to finish. I came in and ended up needing a crown, and Dr Smith was absolutely fantastic. He explained everything clearly, made sure I understood my options, and took the time to educate me throughout the process, which I really appreciated. The work itself was smooth and comfortable. Melissa was also incredibly helpful getting everything set up and making the entire visit stress-free. She’s probably one of the nicest people I’ve ever met! Truly a 10/10 experience — highly recommend!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve been a patient of Dr. Craig Smith at A Reason to Smile since 2008, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. He put braces on both of my boys, and my youngest, who is now 23, still sees him. Dr. Smith has taken great care of me and my husband too. Dr. Smith and his entire staff are truly the best. Always friendly, professional, and kind. They go out of their way to listen to my needs, explain options, and make sure I get the best care at reasonable prices. Melissa is my hygienist and she is hands down my favorite. We laugh so much at my appointments. She’s always gentle and makes sure my teeth are as healthy as possible. If you’re looking for a dentist, look no further than A Reason to Smile. There’s a reason our family has been with them for 17 years! 😁

I could not be happier with the care, treatment, and service of this office. Particularly the Dental Hygienist that worked on me, Rianna R. Rianna was thorough and ensured I knew exactly what was being done and how it pertained to my overall health. She walked me through the scans, X-Rays, and cleaning while making my comfort the number one priority. The rest of the staff was extremely friendly and professional. I had no wait time, and the office was obviously well maintained and exceptionally clean. If you are shopping around for a new dental office, look no further.

Donna is the best dental hygienist!! She listens, adapts to your needs, educates with understanding, and has a sense of humor. All while doing a caring thorough job!
