I can’t say enough good things about Alexander & Hoffman Orthodontics. The entire team is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely smart at what they do — and on top of that, they have such great personalities that every visit felt welcoming and comfortable. They were always flexible and went out of their way to get me in under any circumstances, which made a huge difference. Since I had a lot of crowns, my braces case could have been complicated, but they made the whole process feel very straightforward and handled everything with so much care. I was managed so nicely from start to finish — it honestly felt like home. Highly recommend!

We had a great experience! They actually told our oldest that he didn’t need braces or any orthodontic work, which doesn’t seem to happen very often. Our younger son’s teeth look great and they were always very accommodating for appointments and convenient from North Junior High. Would recommend!

The level of professionalism, skill, and commitment to the best outcome for my specialty circumstances is unparalleled. From the beginning consultation through the follow-up appointments post braces, the orthodontic team and each assistant helped me to feel comfortable and confident, even sharing a handful of light-hearted moments along the way. This was not my first rodeo and I am grateful to have gone with Alexander & Hoffman. Though I mostly saw Hoffman, the team worked seamlessly together. They were always able to flex with my ever-changing schedule, allowing me to go to whichever location best fit on the day, and easily made room for me in emergencies. Especially in those first few weeks, as I was adjusting to having braces again, each visit was a breeze. I was seen promptly and never felt that any time was wasted, even on their busiest days. Beyond the above, this team was able to move mountains within a year, while protecting the longevity of my overall oral health. The teeth along my maxillary jaw were caving inward and, with a previously pulled tooth and concerns over short roots (one particularly anxiety-inducing), I felt confident and comfortable proceeding with full transparency and clear communication. They were able to work around that short root and get me to a place where I am now about to get a crown placed and have a full, beautiful smile again! As I'm sure most feel similarly, I won't miss my braces (I'm thankful my tooth journey is nearing its end), but I will miss this team!
