I love Kai orthodontics! They are always so kind and welcoming! Dr. Lisa is super caring and understanding and truly gets to know you on a personal level! The front staff is always so helpful with cost and any treatment inquires or questions you may have. I Originally went in for a solution to my clicking jaw I’ve had for a long time (middle school). Dr. Kai recommended treatment and I accepted and I am approaching halfway with my treatment and my clicking Jaw has went away due to recommended treatment working! Next step Invisalign! Can’t wait for the final product!

As an adult patient (50+), I would highly recommend Dr. Lisa if you are considering orthodontic treatment for yourself or a family member. Dr. Lisa listened to my concerns and developed the best treatment plan for me. She is professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate. Dr. Lisa and her staff (Lauren and Nichole) are welcoming and make me feel comfortable at every visit.

I had braces as a kid but never wore my retainer, so everything shifted back. My dentist referred me to Kai Orthodontics for bite issues, and honestly I wasn't sure I even needed to go. But I'm really glad I did. Dr. Lisa and her team are so personable and actually get to know you. She always asks me how my toddler is doing, which just says a lot about the kind of place this is. It feels like family in there. What stands out the most is that Dr. Lisa genuinely cares about the result. After my OrthoFX aligners were technically done, she wasn't satisfied with how things looked yet, so she put me through more rounds on her own call. Her recommendations never feel cookie-cutter, it really feels like she's paying attention to YOUR teeth and YOUR situation. You never feel rushed either. I'm almost done with treatment now and everything is looking great. If you've been going back and forth about whether to do it, just go. You'll be in good hands.
