While on vacation in Hawaii, my daughter had a wire come out of her bracket and was in a lot of discomfort. This orthodontist office was absolutely amazing — they got us in within one day and even saw us right when they opened. The staff was kind, professional, and understanding of the situation. They removed the wire so my daughter wouldn’t be in pain for the rest of our vacation and explained that we could have it properly fixed once we return home. We are so grateful for their quick care and compassion. Highly recommend, especially if you’re traveling and need urgent orthodontic help!

I highly recommend Dung Orthodontics (Honolulu office), especially as an adult patient. The office staff is friendly and professional, and it was easy to call and make a new patient appointment that worked with my schedule. Dr. Todoki fixed the issue with my permanent retainer during my first visit. She worked quickly and gently, and I didn’t experience any discomfort. She also provided two treatment options for an issue I brought up during my appointment, and I didn’t feel like I was being upsold or pressured to make a decision on the spot.

I would highly recommend Dung orthodontics! We were here on vacation and my daughter had an issue with her braces. Dr. Tom got her in the same day and fixed the problem. Dr. Tom and the whole team were so very kind, generous and extremely friendly! They turned a stressful situation into a joyful experience!
