All Star Dental Care

Here is a detailed review of my experience at All Star Dental. I was originally looking for a second opinion from a new dentist after being recommended to this office. I had several questions and wanted to schedule a consultation appointment. As soon as I called, the Office Administrator, Alika, was there to help me and provided a detailed explanation of the office, services, and appointment process. He was extremely helpful, professional, and welcoming. On the day of my appointment, I was immediately greeted by Alika and the Front Office Specialist, Kaylyn. I had been instructed to arrive early to complete paperwork and provide copies of my driver’s license and health insurance information. The check-in process was smooth and organized. When it came time for my appointment, the Administrative and Clinical Dental Assistant, Lauren, came out to greet me and take X-rays of my teeth. She took great care of me and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. Afterward, the Dental Hygienist, Carole, evaluated my teeth and performed a cleaning. She was very meticulous and took the time to point out areas that could be improved and better maintained. During this visit, the Practice Manager, Min, also stopped by to introduce herself and get to know me. She is fluent in both Korean and English, which is relatively uncommon in Hawaii healthcare and was greatly appreciated. Shortly afterward, I met Dr. Jeremy Yoo. He took the time to ask questions to better understand who I am, my dental history, and my lifestyle habits. He thoroughly evaluated my teeth, explained my treatment options, and discussed the potential paths I could take moving forward. He never pressured me toward a specific treatment plan or told me that I needed to completely change my lifestyle habits. Instead, he focused on educating me and teaching me how to better maintain my teeth based on my current lifestyle choices. There was a filling that needed treatment, so I scheduled an appointment for the following day. Compared to previous fillings I have had with other dentists, this was easily the best experience I have ever had. Dr. Jeremy Yoo and Michael were the two individuals who worked on my tooth. They were careful, respectful, and very easy to be around. Michael made sure to explain everything that was happening throughout the procedure, which helped me feel comfortable and informed. The procedure itself was painless, and I experienced virtually no discomfort. After this experience, I decided to make All Star Dental my primary dental office. I have been going to the same family dentist for most of my life, and I never realized how much dental technology and patient care have advanced over the years. Every person I met at this office was personable, genuine, and welcoming. I especially appreciated the diversity among the staff and the family-oriented atmosphere they have created. When you speak with them, it feels as though you have known them for years. Overall, I am extremely grateful to have found All Star Dental. The professionalism, technology, patient care, and genuine kindness of the entire team made this one of the best healthcare experiences I have had. I wholeheartedly recommend All Star Dental to anyone looking for a dental office that truly puts its patients first.

The staff is extremely friendly, me and my family come here and we love how kind and understanding everyone is. Procedures are quick and seamless and you always get a fun little goody bag on your way out. Thank you Dr. Yoo for building such a kind and caring team to take care of my family

I had a great experience at All Star Dental. Dr. Yoo took the time to explain everything clearly, which really helped me feel comfortable and informed throughout the entire process. During my tooth extraction, they walked me through each step, which eased a lot of my anxiety. Min was also amazing—she was incredibly supportive and made me feel at ease the whole time. The care and attention I received from the entire team truly stood out. I highly recommend All Star Dental to anyone in need of dental care!

Oh my goodness if I could give more than 5 stars I would! Always, from the moment I walk in to the moment I leave it’s great service, I feel comfortable & am welcomed with a smile. Dr Yoo is always so clear on what is being done and gentle. Thank you Lauren for being you, you are amazing, jaw massage was perfect too!

Okay, I was embarrassed to admit that it was years the last time I went to see a Dentist. Like many I’m sure you can only wait so long. Well, I’m also one to never leave a review. But after meeting the office and Dr Y I can confidently tell you I will never again need a dentist. There are not enough pleasant adjectives I can throw out that can touch base to how wonderful this experience is. You will never have the need to find another Dentist ounce you have gone to this office, met the people and most of all Dr Yoo. Highly recommended!!!! Thank you for such a wonderful experience! Just amazing!!
