Hawaii Dental Clinic - Downtown Honolulu

My previous dentist had wanted to do thousands of dollars worth of dental work. They were unable to provide an adequate explanation or basis for the cost estimates so I got a second opinion. I am so glad I got a second opinion! My visit to Hawaii dental clinic had such an unexpected outcome. The dentist himself cleaned my teeth after a close examination of the X-rays and inspecting my teeth for cavities. He closed my appointment by saying I had no cavities and should come back in six months. There were no extra new-patient visits, which is awesome. No extraneous X-rays or photos like other places have insisted on. Plus, my teeth are so much whiter than they’ve been in years, despite regular 6-month cleanings. Super happy to have found this office.

The staff here are very friendly and flexible. I had some issues getting time off to come in but they were happy to help me reschedule and even take me past my appointment time after going to the wrong location. Very happy with their service!

It was my first time at this location as I was seeing the dentist in kapiolani for 10+ years. I’m very happy with how they treated me, extremely punctual, informative and over all kind. Just a teeth cleaning and x-ray and no need to get any work done. Would definitely recommend to family and loved ones ♥️

I have had the pleasure of being treated by Dr. Roger Wong, and I believe he is an exceptional dentist. I recently needed a tooth extraction and had a procedure to remove a lipoma from my cheek, and I have always found needles to be quite frightening. However, Dr. Wong was incredibly gentle and efficient throughout the entire process; I experienced no pain at all, not even during the numbing with the needle. In fact, my entire family loves Dr. Roger Wong!
