This is safe and competent orthodontics. Everyone is very kind and works exceptionally well with children. There is a calm and gentle feminine energy in this clinic that is very soothing to the children as well as the parents. I can’t say enough good things.

We had an excellent visit. The team at Caswell Orthodontics is professional, engaging, and extremely knowledgeable. Zachari was absolutely amazing—he truly went above and beyond. He connected so naturally with our child and made the appointment fun and comfortable for both of us. His positive energy immediately put our child at ease. Zachari took the time to ask thoughtful questions and have a genuine, meaningful conversation with both of us. He clearly explained the different options and steps, supported our choices, and offered valuable insight throughout the visit. We are so grateful for his care, patience, and enthusiasm. Best orthodontist team ever!!! Each and every staff member. Good fun team that seem to all get along very well with each other. That’s so important to know that their work environment is friendly and they get along well together. That makes a perfect team. We absolutely love Dr. Caswell and staff. My visit to Caswell Orthodontics to put on my braces went great! I went to the Kahala location. Dr.Caswell and Yuki are the absolute best. They had their system and it ran quick and smooth! Yuki explained everything she was doing as she was doing it. I think that’s wonderful for patients like me who are nervous and unsure of what’s happening. Her explanations throughout the appt put me at ease. Dr.Caswell was full of sunshine. She took the time to greet me and explain what she’ll be doing. Not once did I have any questions. Everyone at the kahala office was so kind. My son will be coming in for his consultation with Caswell Orthodontics and I’m excited for him because I know he’ll be kindly taken care of.

The entire team is amazing — they greet me by name at the front desk every single time, which makes such a difference. They always make me feel comfortable and cared for at every appointment, and I truly appreciate the warm, welcoming atmosphere they create.
