Today my child had his appointment to get his braces on. The whole entire staff, Dr. Caswell, Dr. Tada todays assistant Ashley K. were so patient, and very encouraging and caring. They did an amazing job and treated my child with great care and did everything very safely. I highly recommend Caswell Orthodontic if you are looking for great orthodontic care. Absolutely love the staff, they seem to get along well together too and that’s a big plus. They make you feel that your child is in very good hands and always encourage positive words. Thank you for all that you do. What an amazing team today! Braces are on! Yay!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This office is absolutely wonderful! It’s beautiful, clean, and has such a welcoming atmosphere. The staff are always so kind, friendly, and professional — you can really feel how much they care about their patients. Dr. Caswell has been incredibly understanding and empathetic of my situation as a mom of two, especially since I had my second baby during my Invisalign treatment. She even waived a fee so I could continue my care, which meant so much to me. Every visit, I feel special and truly taken care of. I’m so grateful to have found such an amazing orthodontist and team!

Today was our first day visiting Caswell Orthodontics. We were scheduled with Heather (and Dr. Caswell) for an initial consultation including records. Everything went very well. Heather explained everything thoroughly and was very patient with us. I am a military spouse with four kids under the age of 9. We move every three years and it is seldom unfortunately that we have such positive experiences. I cannot say enough good things about this place and more specifically with the two individuals we interacted with. Thank you Caswell Orthodontics!
