My visit at Dr. Craig Williams office was absolutely a joy/welcoming from the time I walked through the door. Everyone was so nice! I really appreciated the top notch knowledge the Dr. Williams shared with me about my teeth. I have never experience this type of treatment. I felt at home, all though it was my very first visit. For starters, the entire Staff that we met were so sweet and friendly. They make you feel welcomed as if into a new loving Family. You get a free consultation with X-rays and pics that are explained by the receptionist and later by the head Orthodontist Dr. Williams himself, in it's entirety of what to expect, and what to do before everything is put in place on the patient. Not only do they have great customer service and Staff, but they even have payment plans that fit your budget, and they don't try to force on you what you know you won't be able to afford. I've never seen so many degrees obtained by a Dentist/Orthodontist either! It's a lot y'all, like a wall full of degrees, which made me feel even better in being referred to him!

I just wanted to say that was a horrible experience. I've been coming to you guys since I was in high school and the audacity for you guys to charge me 70 something dollars to glue back on my wire. I drove 35 minutes. When she could've simply told me on the phone that it was gonna be that much. But she didn't. I greeted her nicely. She greeted me back, but I felt that attitude she had and now I had to freaking go to emergency to get my wire pulled off because I woke up with my mouth bleeding. That's very unprofessional now. I will be looking to find another orthodontist that can do it. They say support black businesses but you guys do stuff like this. Have a great day.
