Decatur Orthodontics

The service and care you receive from Decatur Orthodontist is some of the best I have ever received. The entire staff is kind, patient, knowledgeable and the facilities are very welcoming. I never expected to be this pleased and have my confidence restored through my smile but they have truly exceeded my expectations.

Came in to talk about straightening a tooth and Dr Francis explained to me during a free consultation (with x-rays) that if I tinkered with it it would cause another tooth to go out of place. He then went on to say my teeth were perfectly aligned. He could’ve taken my money and/or charged for the info (I would’ve been happy to pay) but did not. That’s a good business model.

Best ortho ever. Clean, clear on payment and scheduling, courteous, updated building, parking available, quick, virtually no wait times, and the ortho is very knowledgeable. I'm not made to feel "extra", either. I complained about a hook being uncomfortable and tearing up my inner lip, the assistant listened to me THE FIRST TIME. 10/10 recommend.

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!!!! First of all, as soon as we walk through the door, before we even check in, the receptionist greets my daughter by name. Dr. Francis and his team take great care of her. The environment just oozes positivity. You get the sense that the entire team is happy to be there! Everyone greets you like they have known you for a long time and are happy to see you. We have never had a long wait time and they are so fast. Decatur Orthodontics is the best hands down. I love when my daughter has an appointment because I know the service is going to be top notch.

Very nice, comfortable office space — clean, modern, latest technology, personalized experience. The front desk staff was welcoming and smiled. The technician was warm, friendly and respectful. The doctor was very personable, explains things clearly, and doesn’t rush you. Would absolutely return.
