Our experience with Quest has been great so far. My 7 year old started his phase 1 treatment today and Kayla was wonderful with him. She took the time to explain, and show him everything before starting. She was patient and even allowed him to ask questions and touch the models and expander before placing it. The front office staff are friendly and helpful as well.

Excellent care! My openbite closed quickly and my teeth look great - more importantly I can eat using both sides of my mouth now. Though I was tempted to get the braces off earlier, every tweak Dr Patel made was an improvement. So glad I stuck with the plan. He is fantastic and I highly recommend- going completely custom is totally worth it.

We had our first visit today and all I can say is WOW! The minute we walked in we were greeted by several people. As we were sitting in the waiting room they had a sweet message pop up welcoming my daughter (she is still talking about it). They have state of the art technology that gives a full scope for Dr. Patel to review and assess. Dominique sat with us to discuss expectations of the visit, then brought Dr. Patel in. He was wonderful, very informative, and stayed until I didn’t have any more questions. He even returned later to make my daughter feel more comfortable about next steps (she has anxiety) which I was so impressed by. Dominique then spent additional time showing my daughter the equipment they’d be using and how it works. They never made us feel rushed, just did everything they could to put her mind at ease. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking, both for kids and adults!
