Easily one of the best decisions to bring my daughter here. The staff is professional and friendly. Dr. Patel is excellent with kids, and as a bonus we’ve never had to wait long. Definitely the right choice for any orthodontic needs.

Arrived for our appointment with no additional wait time since the team here are working synergistically…my favorite type of professional environment! Bri / Bree was especially helpful in explaining the treatment and payment plan along with healthy tips towards successful future appointment experiences. I’m excited for my son’s treatment here and looking forward to his new improved smile paired with his handsome face! 😁

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Pamela and Janiyah. My daughter has a palatal expander, and when it fell out, getting it back in was an incredibly difficult and emotional experience for her. She was scared, overwhelmed, and refused to sit in the chair. What stood out to me was the patience, compassion, and dedication these two women showed throughout the entire process. They never rushed her, never became frustrated, and treated her with so much kindness and respect. Pamela even sat on the floor beside my daughter while she was sitting in the corner, carefully looking in her mouth and measuring the expander so they could figure out the best way to help her. Both Pamela and Janiyah met my daughter where she was and worked tirelessly to earn her trust. After a great deal of patience, encouragement, teamwork, and genuine care, we were finally able to get my daughter into the chair and successfully replace the expander. Thanks to their persistence and expertise, it has stayed in place ever since. As the parent of a child with additional needs, I have interacted with countless healthcare professionals over the years. I can honestly say that Janiyah and Pamela are among the most compassionate, patient-centered professionals we have encountered. Their kindness turned what could have been a traumatic experience into a successful one, and I will never forget the care they showed my daughter and our family. Thank you both for going above and beyond. You made a lasting difference for us.

I've had a great experience at Quest Orthodontics! Everyone in the office is so kind and welcoming, and Dr. Patel is very attentive, knowledgeable. Every assistant who's adjusted my braces has been so gentle and friendly, making each visit a positive experience.
