alejandro mariu is truly an amazing person. His kindness and attention to detail shined. He was very patience with me, trying to pick a color , he was hilarious, happy and kind. I hope to always change my braces colors with him. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR MAKING MY DAY BETTER and he deserves a salary raise :)

I recently had my braces removed and was given retainers that did not cover all of my teeth. I contacted the office to have them replaced and was scheduled for an 8:00 AM appointment this morning. I arrived at 8:07 AM and waited until 8:30 AM without being seen. I ultimately had to leave because I needed to be at work by 9:00 AM. During that time, several other patients were also waiting, while the staff appeared to be focused primarily on scheduling rather than assisting the patients who were already there. I understand that offices can occasionally run behind, but what was most frustrating was the lack of communication. If there was going to be a significant delay, I would have appreciated being informed rather than waiting without any explanation. Scheduling with this office has already been difficult because I work from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM and only have weekends off, making it challenging to find appointments that fit my schedule. For something as simple as replacing a retainer, I also expected the appointment to be relatively quick. I hope the office can improve its communication, scheduling, and overall organization. Patients' time should be respected, especially when they have limited availability. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience.

She was patient, kind, and took the time to answer all of my questions, making me feel comfortable every step of the way. The office is clean, organized, and has such a friendly atmosphere. The staff truly cares about their patients and makes sure you’re well taken care of. Dr Art and Emily were super quick with my appointment. Payments are easy and so is scheduling. I’ve had braces on for a month and a half now and I’m really liking smiley face!
