Dentally they are very good, but on a HUMAN and administrative level , they only care about money. i have bee paying for my son's treatment for over 16 month but due my work situation, i havent been able to make payments for the last months. sent my account to collections with out notice, They've already sold the account and have the money.. I.ve arranged a payment plan with the collection agency, but they wont treat my son until i pay it !!! He's not to blame !! Its not his fault, The've already sold my debt!!! The One who has the least blame is the one who suffers the most!! The know nothing about empathy!!

After 2 years under Dr. Tran’s care, I can finally say I have the smile I always deserved! The first photo shows how I used to smile, I barely opened my mouth, no matter how happy or funny the moment was. The second was during treatment, when I started to feel more confident smiling. And the third… now I can’t stop smiling! The transformation truly makes such a difference. Dr. Tran and her team at Baptiste Orthodontics are absolutely amazing, professional, caring, and supportive every step of the way. I’m so grateful for this journey and the confidence they’ve given me. If you’re looking for the best smile, I strongly recommend them!

After shopping around and completing consults with 3 other offices in the DP, Windermere, and Winter Garden area, I am so happy that we settled on Baptiste. The team is amazing and the price was right. Both my children (12,18) have had no difficulty with their treatments or making appointments. Rachel the office manager is a gem. Both Dr. Baptiste and Dr. Tram are a pleasure. Highly recommend!
