I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. The staff was amazing, very welcoming, and they actually listened to what I wanted. Jalissa is such a sweet person and she makes sure that you leave without any confusion and does her best to help you the best that she can.

Great experience! Although I had to wear my braces longer than expected, the doctors and staff were very patient, encouraging, and continued to provide excellent service throughout the process. I’m loving my smile and highly recommend them!

During my visit to Baptiste Orthodontics, I wasn’t quite sure what to expect, as the process was never clearly explained to me. Unfortunately, I did not feel very welcomed upon arrival. I had just finished working a 12-hour shift and was extremely tired, and while I understand that everyone has policies to follow, I was hoping for a bit more empathy—especially as someone who also works in healthcare. From the moment I arrived, interactions felt forced. No one asked what brought me in or took time to explain the flow of the visit. At one point, I barely felt acknowledged beyond a greeting. What stood out to me most was noticing a clear difference in how other patients were treated compared to my own experience, which was disappointing. I completed all of the required imaging, and only afterward was I informed that I would not be seen that day because my appointment was for a cleaning and evaluation. My intention was to address the dental aspect first before moving forward with anything invasive such as braces. While I understand that every practice has a process, I was not a fan of how this was communicated—or rather, not communicated—until the very end. Overall, I felt more like an inconvenience than a patient. I truly hope the practice revisits its customer service approach and patient communication. Baptiste Orthodontics has a strong reputation and longevity, and I initially learned about them through Instagram, which influenced my decision to visit. Although the office is a 25–30 minute drive from my home, I am more than willing to travel for good service. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I am unsure if I will return or follow through with their dental recommendations. This visit was disappointing and is one I will remember.

My experience with BAPTISTE orthodontist was amazing. Dr.Tran is the best and I would highly recommend them. The staff is amazing helpful knowledgeable and friendly.Dr. Tran knows her stuff and their is a great method to her madness lol

Even after the encounter with a rude receptionist to book my appointment I still gave them a chance. If you are a transfer from another state DO NOT come here. Waste of time I missed a whole hour of work just to wait and see everybody else be called back. My appointment was for 8:20am I came at 8:06am. I finally just got up and left at 8:41am. I tried to reschedule, but they didn’t have anything until march… All I needed was a pricing on how much it would be to remove my braces and get retainers. If you are in need of braces and are a new client expect superior service !!
