The entire office is welcoming, and every receptionist is so kind, friendly, and helpful. Dr. G and Myra were absolutely wonderful. What impressed me the most was how they spoke directly to my son, making him feel comfortable while explaining every step of the process in a way he could understand. Everyone is welcoming, professional, and genuinely cares about their patients. I especially want to recognize Alexa, who became my requested orthodontic technician throughout my treatment. I specifically asked to schedule my appointments with her because she consistently went above and beyond. I had an issue with my braces occasionally coming loose from the brackets, and unlike anyone else, Alexa took the extra time to carefully evaluate the problem, make the necessary adjustments, and ensure everything was secure before I left the office. Her attention to detail, patience, and commitment to doing the job right made an enormous difference in my treatment. Alexa never made me feel rushed. She listened to my concerns, explained what she was doing, and always made sure I was comfortable. That level of dedication is rare and deserves to be recognized.
