Sun Orthodontist Braces & Invisalign Miami

My visit with Sun orthodontist was great and went very well. I was attended to by Mariana who was very polite, gentle and helpful with making me feel comfortable with my new feature for the next few weeks. They are really nice here.

I loved it. Everyone was so attentive my concerns and super careful with treating my teeth. I never thought that I actually would’ve gotten braces but when I looked in the mirror in the office I felt so different. I love every second of my new possible smile. Thank you for giving me hope at a new smile

Mariana was very helpful and sweet. I was getting my braces taken off and I loved my experience. The care and attention to detail while providing service is so refreshing. Little features like grabbing a wet cloth to wipe my mouth after the impression for the retainers when she could’ve just handed it to me was one example. She is super sweet the process was way better because of her I would recommend coming here in general. The people including doctors actually care about your customer satisfaction:)

I just called the receptionist about two minutes ago because I had a couple of questions since I wanted to become a new patient. However, I was struggling to hear whether she was asking for my first or last name. I do have some difficulty with speaking and communication at times, but that does not give anyone an excuse to be rude or disrespectful. That doesn't give her the right to quietly say, "Gosh," just because I couldn't hear her. Her behavior was highly unprofessional, and the way she spoke to me on that call reflects my first impression of this office. If this is how potential new patients are treated, it does not leave a good impression of the practice. I honestly wish I had asked for her name so I could mention it in this review.
