Dr. Yin is truly the best. She genuinely cares about her patients and is deeply invested in making sure you love your end results. What stood out most to me was her patience — I have difficult teeth, and she never rushed just to get the job done. She kept at it until everything was perfectly straight, and that meant so much. There’s also an assistant she worked with me most of the time — I can’t remember her name — but she always made me feel welcomed from the moment I walked in. The entire staff is warm and kind, and the office environment reflects that. I couldn’t be happier with my results. Dr Carmen Garcia-Paul is absolutely the best Orthodontist in town! The whole experience of my daughter getting her braces was seamless. The staff is extremely welcoming and friendly, and the appointments run on time.
