I have been Dr. Ross’ patient for more than a year. I am pleased with the treatment as it is the third time in my life I had to do orthodontics, first and second in my country, being this the first time my treatment plan was thoroughly explained. His front desk staff, and all his dental assistants are great professionals who do an extraordinary job. The practice is run smoothly, and they always have a good attitude, and a professional approach. I am looking forward to seeing the final results, and I am sure my smile will be the best one ever. I was able to get a same-day appointment, the office was clean, and I was seen quickly, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience felt very impersonal and disorganized. I was repeatedly called by the wrong name (“Eric”) multiple times throughout the visit, including when being brought back and while discussing treatment. At one point, staff appeared confused about who I even was and what procedure I was there for. As a first-time patient, I also never filled out any intake paperwork, medical history, or contact information forms, which added to the confusion. When I corrected the staff member about my name, she seemed visibly annoyed while trying to locate my information. Dr. Moss repaired my lower permanent retainer wire and completed the scan for new retainers, and the clinical portion itself seemed fine. However, communication throughout the visit felt rushed. I wasn’t given any real explanation, care instructions, or summary of treatment afterward, just directed to the front desk for payment. At checkout, no one was initially at the desk, my phone number was entered incorrectly for retainer pickup communication, and the printed receipt didn’t even contain my name.. it simply said “Out of town.” I understand this was a relatively simple appointment, not a major Invisalign consultation, but for nearly $500 as a first-time patient, I expected a more attentive and professional experience.
