It’s been a long time since I’ve been to a dental practice that truly cares about its patients and focuses on what actually needs to be done, without trying to upsell unnecessary services. Dr. Hernan Quintero was amazing. He took the time to explain everything in detail, answered all my questions, and clearly guided me through what the next steps will look like. Lilly, the cleaning technician, was also wonderful, hands down the best dental cleaning I’ve ever had. She was incredibly thorough, paid close attention to detail, listened to my concerns, and explained every step along the way. She also regularly checked in to make sure I was comfortable before continuing, which I really appreciated. The entire team is welcoming, the office is spotless, and the overall experience was excellent. I genuinely can’t wait to go back!

Stay away, run!! You will make an appointment to see the doctor, then when you get there he will assign a random nobody dentist to do the job. For crowns they say they have the one hour crown and that they make them. Wrong!! It takes a week or more. Once you get it it is the wrong color!! Why? Because he depends too much on these nurses. The rooms are dark dark light no wu does. How will they see, just the lamp not enough. He charges BEFORE they give you the crown. They tie you up, that is why I kept going. He has a sign says Tuft university but his office is less than desirable. Basically you are paying for the location and his college. I cannot even imagine getting an implant or botox or anything there. They told me they would send my bill to insurance and never told me until the end they did not take my insurances.also, they charge double yes double for everything. (Compared to my original dentist, Dr.Abadin who is well established office WITHt the latest tech). Who is also in an excellent address. I should’ve never left them just for the convenience of the this location. I ended up going and going. They also used something like or clorhexidine, which gave me allergy. At this point I am scared of even going back, and considering hiring an attorney if they don’t give back the money for that last crown.you will go for one tooth then another tooth and so on. Other dentists do everything on top second time everything the bottom, while your crown is being made, given you need one. All these negative reviews on here are real, they were not written until I was already a patient. Unfortunately !

Excellent service and friendly front desk. I came for a cleaning and Lili was great to make it as painless as possible. It took overall an hour to make sure everything was taken care of. Will come back to up-keep.
