I’ve been coming to ADC, another owned dental office, for a couple of years now, and I truly couldn’t be happier with the care I receive every single time. When I learned about this new Brickell location it was music to my ears. In the year since they launched I can 100% say that the team is still friendly, welcoming, and full of positive energy, which makes visits feel comfortable rather than stressful. The office is always spotless and well-organized, and appointments run smoothly without ever feeling rushed. What really stands out is their warmth and how genuinely they care about their patients; whatever it is, they listen carefully, explain everything clearly, and over-communicate in the best way so you always know what’s happening with your treatment. They’re incredibly helpful, professional, and attentive, and it’s clear they take pride in both their work and their relationships with patients. I do not like dental visits, but with them it is always a smooth good experience!

I was initially nervous about my visit due to past experiences, but the entire team quickly put me at ease. From the front desk to the doctor, everyone was welcoming and professional. The dental hygienist was exceptionally gentle and kind, and the dentist took the time to clearly explain my treatment options, ensuring I understood what was best for my needs. The office manager was hands-on and very helpful, which speaks to the patient-centered approach of this practice. My appointment was efficient, timely, and overall an excellent experience. I highly recommend them!

New patient offer was fully honored, receptionist very friendly and helpful, hygenist excellent, Dr. great in every way. This is now my Miami dental office, highly recommend. Although I was there for cleaning, they also made time to fill in a chipped tooth since I was about to begin traveling.

Dr. Ramos is an incredible practitioner ! He helped me out so much with my whitening and my toothache , would definitely recommend 10/10 best in town ! Always a pleasure coming into this clinic and being well attended by the staff

Beware and careful with your insurance and finances here!! They agree with one thing at time of appointment and then later state you need other things done. When you kind explained you will consider at a later date the then deny you of your yearly cleaning because they want you to do the higher cleaning service. The leBe you without yearly cleaning and are treated very rude.. the office manager only concern is to take advance of your insurance and finances. Please be very careful there are many wonderful dentist at Brickell that can not only give need service and more but more impoiate respectful of your personal decisions regarding your health and financial decisions.. stay far away from this dentistal factory... Very poor service!! In response to your answer. ++ With all due respect I been going to dentist for many years up to 8 months ago. So I know well the procedure.. after I waited 1 hrs and 45 min later then my appointmentef time I really just wanted to get my check up. The doctor did explain but after I said I will consider the more expensive clean for a future date I was rejected my yearly cleaning This why I stood up to leave. I won't be pressured to do something I don't have time. At which time the manager said I cant because I need an expense cleaning first . Which is not true. I have many deep cleaning at a later time from my yearly. The only thing I regret is I didn't view your review before making an appointment.. your poor reviews would of warned me of what I could of avoided.. Since this has happened to other clients according to your review. So that was my mistake. But don't you worry I already have another appointment set with a professional dentist I believe would listen and respect my health and financial decisions with out pressure or being treated rudely. As your manager has done me and others ... Lesson learned No worries I never intend to return or referral such a dental factory. With it pressure deposition to get as much as can and lack of professional medical manner...
