Stacy made me feel really comfortable and welcomed! She explained everything we were doing and answered all of my questions and concerns. The two women at the front desk were very nice as well 😊

Today was my last appointment, expected a quick exam and fitting for retainers. Instead, I received a thorough exam, x-rays, and full bite evaluation - outstanding customer service, Five Stars Plus!

My kids have been with Giannetti & Booms for a very long time. We have always received amazing treatment from the desk to the orthodontists. Recently my family has been hit hard by the loss of a family member. We were struggling in more ways than one, and Giannetti & Booms stepped in to give us comfort and support. My daughter was able to successfully complete her orthodontic journey thanks to the love and assistance of Dr. Giannetti and Dr. Booms, and my son is well on his way to doing the same. I can really see how Giannetti & Booms cares about their patients and the community and will go great lengths to ensure their patients receive the best experience possible. There are no words that can express my gratitude for what Giannetti & Booms has done for my family, and I will forever be grateful for them. For the past 12 years, Dr.Gianetti and her team has taken great care of my family and I. They’re very positive, friendly, and professional. The workers are competent and have performed the procedures on me without any problems. My family and I have moved 30 miles away 11 years ago and continue to keep her as our orthodontist because she is AMAZING! ❤️
