Such an amazing experience! The staff was kind and made my son and I feel very comfortable! We have been coming here for six months now and I highly recommend them to everyone I know who is needing an orthodontist. I just absolutely love the staff and I have not had a bad experience in the slightest at all! We are in and out pretty quickly and make us feel so comfortable! I just can't say enough good things about Giannetti & Booms. I'm going to be a little sad when my son gets his braces off and we won't be able to see the staff smiling faces anymore.

Amazing team! Everyone was so kind, welcoming, and professional. They listened to all of my concerns and were incredibly patient and gentle with my son. I was impressed the Davis office was able to fit us in for a same-day appointment when my daughter was experiencing some tooth pain. And it was a warm and positive experience from the moment we walked in the door. At check-in, they recognized her on sight — didn’t even need to ask her name — which made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived, and they took the time to answer all our questions. So glad we switched to them this year!

After a first in-person visit, the 6 month virtual follow up was so convenient. It allowed us to submit photos on our own timeline and get a quick-thorough assessment days later with next steps. I appreciate being able to save the time an in-person follow up would have taken.

This office is amazing. I am a patient of Dr. Booms. I love her. Great customer service. The entire staff is professional, personable and kind. Everyone is pleasant. Everyone greets you with a smile.
