My experience with this orthodontic clinic was amazing from start to finish. The staff were incredibly kind, caring, and supportive. Their warm and friendly treatment always made me feel welcome, and I’m so grateful for everything they did for me. Thank you for helping me achieve a smile I love. I highly recommend this clinic!

We take our teenage son here for his orthodontics. They are very efficient, and professional, once you get your treatment plan in place. Dr. Sanders is very relatable. He explained everything well to both parent and child. We did have a very hard time getting any cooperation from our "Care Coordinator". Literally ignored every call and email. She was super nice on the consultation , then we never heard from her again. Despite at least 8 attempts. I'm happy we took it upon ourselves to contact their other location and push through. We are very happy with the actual work being performed and the care team. The pricing ended up being very reasonable.

This morning at around 12 pm I spoke with a female phone rep who made an appointment for my son Danyili Liu at the Elk Grove office which I said fine... then later this afternoon at 3:30 pm, I got a text measage stating that our appointment is instead at their Rancho Cordova office, I called them immediately to complain about their mistake and spoke this time a male rep who said that they had an Elk Grove opening on Wednesday morning 5/13/26 which I tried to book this appointment a few minutes later but couldn't do so... how frustrating and disappointing! What is going on here ?!
