My son got his top braces on today. It was our first appointment here and everything went smoothly. The staff were professional, welcoming and friendly. The office is very clean and love the decore.

I have been a patient here for the last 5/6 months. When I come to check in I usually have to wait about 45 minutes or so to be called back. While in the back I still wait 30 minutes or more to be seen. I don’t understand why this place does not see you if you’re late to your appointment but make you wait such a long time. Also I tried calling corporate to see what’s going on and experiencing the same wait time. It tells me 15 minutes and I been stuck on the phone over an hour. Very bad coordination on scheduling appointments and wait time.
