I cannot say enough amazing things about this orthodontic office and the entire team. From start to finish, my braces journey has been nothing short of incredible, and I truly felt cared for every single step of the way. First, I have to give a huge shoutout to Katie at the front desk. She was always so smiley, positive, beautiful, and full of energy every time I walked in. Her attitude alone could brighten someone’s whole day. Also, shoutout to the gentlemen at the front desk — the only gentleman I usually saw up there —you’re so deserving of me to remember your name and I apologize for my memory loss there- you’re awesome and always welcoming and just an amazing addition to the team. Dr. Quach is absolutely amazing. You can tell she is incredibly confident and passionate about what she does, and she genuinely enjoys seeing people’s smiles transform. That kind of care and excitement makes such a difference, and it made me feel like I was in the best hands possible. Every technician and staff member made me feel comfortable and welcome. Whether I was talking about Jesus, work, life, or even just listening to each other vent sometimes, everyone always treated me like family instead of just another patient. I never felt like a “customer” — I felt like someone coming to visit people who truly cared about helping me fix this mouth of mine. I also want to thank Sara for helping me through the financial side of everything. She was always understanding, professional, responsive, and patient. And Linda, who is still helping me now with payments — thank you for being so kind and understanding. Life happens, and this office truly understands that while still doing everything possible to make the experience smooth and stress-free. From the front of the office to the back, I can’t thank Dr. Alexander, Dr. Martin, Dr. Quach, Katie, Sara, Linda, and the entire team enough. Dr.Martin showed his expertise on the issue of my son’s wear and tear of few teeth. We are glad he explained in layman’s terms about my son’s Ankylosed Tooth. We are glad we took a second opinion with him. We also would like to thank Angie Soto, treatment coordinator. She wasn’t pushy for our options to choose treatment. Overall, I have confidence with Dr. Martin. I have my third child treated by Dr. Martin. I’m satisfied with their services and professionalism of their staff.

Took my daughter for braces and she loved it. I loved the atrium which gave the office a sunny/happy vibe. The staff was friendly, and explained everything clearly;patiently answering all our concerns. They also have in-house financial plan which worked out perfectly for us. I'm glad we got referred here.

Alexander & Martin Orthodontics is amazing. All the offices are amazing not only the offices but all the staff's! The staff are all very out going & they make you feel so comfortable. The receptionist Edward is absolutely outgoing & amazing he has a great personality. Overall this place is like home & super fast they will get you IN & OUT ! I love being a patient here. Also the doctor's & staff are so understanding & any problems you have they will try their best to fix it!💗 I LOVE ALL THE STAFF MEMBERS 🥹!
