AVOID!!! At TWO separate appointments they kept me waiting for 35 MINUTES before telling me the doctor wasn’t able to see me & asked me to come back another day. After the second time this happened the Office Manager Monica refused to even apologize. One of the most infuriating and disrespectful experiences with any doctors office ever. Sad bc Dr Ng seems kind. He’s not being well served. AVOID!! THE WORST.
