We wait more than an hour but it all went well. love the dentist we got to see he was very professional and acknowledged us and explained everything that is going on. not like the other young dentist. And the dentist assistant Shamilia was very friendly and kind after all it was nice to have professionals that do really care.

If you can go somewhere else. Wait times are long, expect when they take your money now then they will see you immediately. Staff is okay I know it not their fault but they see way too many patients and don’t have enough staff or doctors.

I didn’t appreciate how the orthodontist gave attitude towards me and my daughter just because we got her retainers from another clinic instead of buying them at premier orthodontist even after we didn’t know we couldn’t do that. Instead of telling us in a nice tone she just said “you are not our client anymore, go to the clinic where you got your retainers from.” In my way of thinking this is very unprofessional.

We went a month without Invisalign. We called multiple times with zero response. At our 9:30 appointment we weren’t seen until 10 and for the wrong thing. It was a mess. Not happy at all

We came yesterday for braces installation for my daughte,and after 1day my daughter told me theres a wire!The braces wire has not been cut! I think the assistant installed for my daughter is only new the Dra didn’t check after the installation!
