We had such a great experience at this orthodontist office today for my son’s consultation. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming, which made a huge difference. Carmela, who assisted us, was absolutely incredible. She went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and accommodated every step of the way. Her energy was genuine, kind, and reassuring—exactly what you hope for in a healthcare setting. Dr. Tordo was also fantastic—very professional, knowledgeable, and thorough in explaining everything. We felt confident and well-informed about the next steps. I also really appreciated how modern and innovative their technology is. They provide a take-home scan device that lets you conveniently monitor orthodontic progress, predict appointment scheduling, and even keep an eye on swelling or any issues in between visits. That level of care and convenience really stands out. Office staff and patient interactions truly matter, and this team exceeded expectations. 10/10, highly recommend!

I went in today to start my Invisalign journey and had such a great experience! Carmela, the clinical manager, took care of me the whole time and made me feel so comfortable. The doctor also stopped by to say hi and check if I had any questions which was a really nice touch. Actually my mom did her Invisalign here too and her teeth look amazing now. The orthodontic plan uses Invisalign, but it’s fully doctor-directed. The orthodontist controls the movements and the treatment plan, which matters a lot for complex cases. One standout is their remote monitoring system. You use an app with a small phone-mounted scan device to take weekly scans from home. The doctor actively reviews progress, catches issues early, and adjusts timing as needed. Fewer unnecessary visits, better oversight. They also include vibration-based tools to reduce soreness and help speed up tooth movement, which shows they’re thinking about comfort and efficiency, not just outcomes! Overall, the tech feels purposeful. It keeps patients informed, involved, and on track, while giving the doctor better data to work with.

Absolutely the best experience I’ve ever had with an orthodontist office. Everyone here has been incredible throughout my entire Invisalign treatment — professional, kind, responsive, and genuinely caring. Melissa has been especially wonderful and so helpful every time I’ve needed anything. I recently lost my retainers while traveling, and she made the whole replacement process incredibly easy and stress-free. I’m so grateful I chose this office for my treatment. Even years later, they continue to take amazing care of me. I truly couldn’t recommend them more!
