Getting braces as an adult can feel intimidating, but the entire experience at this clinic has been incredibly supportive and genuinely exciting. My visits are usually with Sandy, who truly cares about each patient’s results. She always makes me feel seen, advocates for my progress, and takes pride in the outcomes. Not only is she exceptional at what she does, but she also makes every appointment fun and relaxing with her joyful personality and great sense of humor. Dr. Lovell has also played a huge role in my satisfaction with the treatment. Her attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure I achieve the smile of my dreams make me feel completely safe and confident in my care. I’m so grateful to be in such capable and caring hands.

The Image Orthodontics on Post street is the best. I am a little over halfway through my treatment and have had the best patient, dental staff experience. Sandy has been my primary dentist and she has the most amazing bedside manner. She is very funny and knowledgeable about her craft, she’ll explain the process as she’s doing it so you don’t feel surprised. You can tell Sandy not only enjoys what she does, but also cares about the treatment plan her patients receive. She listens to my concerns and is very gentle about reminding me to keep my mouth open lol. (I have definitely accidentally bit her before and she didn’t make me feel bad for it) Shout out to Sandy thank you for handling my teeth with care!

I had a great experience with Image Orthodontics on Post Street in San Francisco. The entire staff, from the doctors to the technical assistants and administrative personnel, was excellent. Everything was explained clearly and handled in a very friendly, polite, and respectful manner. The treatment plan was straightforward, and I felt well taken care of throughout. I especially want to highlight Ashley from the administrative staff - she is fantastic. The doctors were also great, and I'm very happy with the orthodontic treatment I received. Even when I had to move to another state, the clinic made the treatment transfer process smooth and responsive, making the whole experience comfortable and positive. I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone considering braces. Thanks again to the team!

Went in to my follow up and got to meet with Sandy and Lovell this time and I had such an incredible experience. They are really caring and really listen to me, even when I told them I hated the “hook” after I installed it, and they really listened to me and provided alternative and the risk that come with it. Overall, I have such a good experience with them and this place!

Image Orthodontics in Post St. provides exceptional service. Throughout the course of my treatment with braces through to my retainer phase they work so hard to make my life easier. Ben in particular multiple times adjusted his schedule to help me get my retainer fit and was so kind. Everyone in the office and the professionals that adjusted my braces helped me through the process with care and attention to detail. As an adult with braces I was not always the happiest patient.I am grateful foe their help!
