Very kind team and detailed services. Feels like they care about each patient and take their time. Did not feel pressured to do anything that wasn’t necessary from a health perspective and this was quite nice and refreshing compared to other studios in the area. Would highly recommend!

Really happy with my experience here. The office was clean and organized, everyone was friendly, and I never felt rushed. The staff was professional, answered my questions, and made the whole visit easy and comfortable. You can tell they care about their patients. My former dentist, in an effort to offer conservative treatment, allowed my teeth to rot despite my diligence in routine cleanings and never declining necessary work. Two independent dentists delivered the same horrifying news to me in January. My worst nightmare has come to pass. If it had to happen, if it's a worst case scenario (and unfortunately it is), I wouldn't want anyone laying a hand on me but Dr Guirguis and her team. They're top flight. Gentle in my mouth and so compassionate given what I'm facing. I found this office from my pharmacist. When you're desperate, ask your pharmacist. They know the best people. Had a detailed & easy deep clean done here, and Dr. Nicole evened out my bite from my last dentist’s filling. Very disappointing behavior from Dr. Gurguis. The first time I went to see Dr. G for a teeth cleaning, I told her I had a tooth extracted and was planning on getting an implant. She told me that she could put in my crown once the implant was put in place. Then, at the end of this appt, she recommended that I get fitted for a night guard since I grind my teeth. I agreed and paid $550 for the custom night guard. Once I received the night guard, I noticed that there was an indentation where my tooth was extracted. I realized that once I had the implant/crown put in in a few months, I would no longer be able to use that night guard which I had just spent a lot of money on. I called Dr. G’s office and explained what had happened. She said that because I would need to get fitted for a new night guard once I had my implant/crown put in, I would have to pay $550 again for a new night guard. I said this didn’t seem fair since she is the one that recommended the night guard in the first place, knowing I would soon have an implant put in. She put me on hold for a few minutes, and then came back and said that she would comp me a new one the next time I came in. Several months later, when I was at my periodontist’s office, he said, you can either have your crown put in at your dentist’s office or I can just do it for you here to ensure continuity of care. That sounded good to me so I had my crown put in at my periodontist’s office. When I came back to Dr. G’s for a routine check up, she told me I would need to come in again for a filling and quoted me a price of $124. When I came back a couple of weeks later, the receptionist told me it would be $229. I told her, you quoted me $124 last time. She looked at her computer and said, Oh yeah, and corrected the price. I asked her, Where did the $229 come from? and she just ignored me. I then waited 40 minutes to see Dr. G, and when she came in, with no apology for being late, I reminded her of the night guard situation. She told me that since I didn’t have my crown put in at her office, she would have to charge me for a new night guard. I don’t see how these two things are related, but in any case, this was never communicated to me. Dr. G said I have documented that I told you this. She then read me what she documented which said, “Patient will have a new night guard comped at her next appt.” So I said to her, exactly, you only said at your next appt, not ONLY IF you get your crown put in here. She then said to me, “I didn’t think I needed to explain that.” (!!!) I said of course you do, those are two very different things. She said, let me see what I can do and walked out. She then sent her secretary in to negotiate a lower price. I thought it was incredibly cowardly and unprofessional to send in her receptionist to speak for her. When I still refused to pay again, the receptionist left the room and then returned with Dr. G. Dr. G continued to argue with me, and I tried explaining to her, correcting your mistake shouldn’t be contingent on whether or not I come to you for another service; as a professional, you shouldn’t have sold me product I would only be able to use temporarily. She then said, “I didn’t know you were going to get an implant.” What?? The whole reason she told me to get the crown done AT HER OFFICE was because I had a tooth extracted to get an implant. So once again, she was lying to me. I asked her, is it worth it to you to lose a client over a this? The receptionist then basically kicked ME out and said, why don’t we just send your x-rays somewhere else then. Dr. G just stood there, once again letting her receptionist speak for her. So at the end of the day, Dr. G repeatedly lied to me, cheated me out of $550, either intentionally or because she made a mistake, said she would correct that mistake, then changed her story the next time I came in, and then acted like I was the one in the wrong and asked me to leave her office. I still can’t believe how poorly I was treated. Proceed with caution if you come here.
