Just started treatment and things are going well so far. Intake and first appointment all went smoothly and just goes to show how far things have come with Invisalign and orthodontics (I’m a second timer). No more goopy impressions, just a very cool 3D scanner that is way more comfortable. Dr. McComb, Dr. Leyton and the staff are all very friendly, open to answering questions and professional. Looking forward to seeing progress and working with the team!

McComb orthodontics is genuinely amazing: Kevin was so thoughtful and helpful with getting me set up, and Dr. McComb really took his time to walk me through all of my options. I felt really supported and excited to get Invisalign! I just got my clear buttons and first trays in today, and the whole process was so smooth and took into account me not wanting to have buttons on my forward teeth. Patty did a great job adhering the buttons, and they gave me truly everything o needed for a smooth process. It’s just the first week, but so far, everyone is so nice and professional. Thank you!! Also this is the Culver City location, the office itself smells amazing and is right next to a cute cafe!

Dr. McCombs and his team are fantastic to work with. Scheduling appointments is very simple and they are very flexible and accommodating with our busy lives. Coming from Los Feliz, it’s about a 20 min easy drive as well. Highly recommend!!

I had the best experience with Invisalign at McComb Orthodontics. Before starting treatment, I was so unhappy with my smile that I didn’t even want to smile in pictures anymore. Now I can’t stop smiling! Dr. Ryan was amazing throughout the whole process. He was very knowledgeable, patient, and explained everything clearly, which made me feel comfortable and confident from the beginning. Another orthodontist previously told me I didn’t qualify for Invisalign, which clearly was not true, but at McComb Orthodontics they made me feel reassured and confident about my treatment options. I’m almost at the end of my Invisalign treatment and I honestly could not be happier with the results. The treatment was also very affordable compared to other places I looked into. I highly recommend McComb Orthodontics to anyone thinking about braces or Invisalign. I will definitely bring my kids here too if they ever need orthodontic treatment in the future!
