Culver City Orthodontics - Dr. Fell & Dr. Borenstein

I've truly enjoyed my experience at Culver City Orthodontics! From my very first visit, the doctors and staff have gone out of their way to make me feel welcomed and comfortable. I came in wanting braces but have a metal allergy. The doctors took the time to find a treatment option that worked for both my orthodontic goals and my allergy. After years of wanting braces, I am so thankful to have finally found a treatment that works for me and I am very satisfied with how my treatment is progressing! Dr. Borenstein pays attention to detail and is incredibly meticulous about her work. She always explains what she is doing and takes the time to answer any questions I have. It's clear that she genuinely cares about providing the best care possible. Not only does she treat her patients well, but her positive interactions with the team do not go unnoticed. With such a large office staff, they work together like a well-oiled machine! All of the assistants are also so nice, friendly, and willing to jump in wherever necessary to help each other out. They are very personable and easy to talk to! On top of that, the office is also very accommodating with my busy schedule, whether it's being patient with finding a time that works for me or fitting me in for emergencies. My schedule is often changing and the team is always so gracious when I need to reschedule. They make every appointment so quick and efficient that it's almost a bummer they're so short because the office is so nice and relaxing that sometimes I wish I could stay a little longer! Overall, I am so grateful I finally took the time to do something I've wanted for so long and I'm even more grateful I chose to do it at Culver City Orthodontics! They are excellent at what they do and I highly recommend them!

Had a really positive experience with the whole office and Dr. Borenstein- highly recommend her! I’ve already referred a handful of people including my boyfriend too! They work with precision and everything is very very clean sun filled offices and staff that really seems to like their jobs which on and of itself is refreshing!! 😬 Lastly, loved my graduation’ (from crooked teeth school) gift - lol. I’m on my last round of final retainers so not ready for a final pic yet but soon!

Dr. Fell, Dr. Borenstein, and the entire team at Culver City Orthodontics have been absolutely outstanding. My son had a very complex case with severe teeth alignment issues, as well as a missing adult tooth. Dr. Fell took the time to carefully evaluate every option and even collaborated with other dental specialists, including working after hours, to develop the best possible treatment plan for him. What really sets her apart is not only her expertise, but her dedication and the strong relationships she has with other specialists. Knowing she has a trusted network to consult with gave us so much confidence that my son was receiving the very best care. The entire staff is kind, attentive, highly skilled, and always makes us feel welcome. Every visit has been a positive experience, and we’ve always felt that my son’s best interests were the top priority. I can’t recommend Dr. Fell and Culver City Orthodontics highly enough. If you’re looking for an orthodontist who truly goes above and beyond, this is the place to go.

We have been coming to Dr. B's office for years, and I truly cannot say enough good things about our experience. My son initially completed Invisalign here and is now back for a second round with braces, and my daughter is also in braces, so we're at the office often. Dr. B and the entire orthodontic team are exceptional. They use state-of-the-art technology, take the time to explain everything, and consistently provide outstanding care. Anytime we've had an issue, whether it was a broken bracket or another concern, they've always gotten us in quickly and taken care of it right away. The staff is equally wonderful. Everyone is kind, welcoming, organized, and genuinely cares about their patients. After all these years, I honestly have zero complaints. We feel very fortunate to have found such a skilled and caring orthodontic practice, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for an orthodontist.

I can recommend whole-heartedly Culver City Orthodontics. My son has been going to the office for the last year and the results are amazing! Beyond that the service and care has been impeccable. The entire staff from the front desk to the various technicians are friendly and put kids and adults alike at ease. Beyond that, the office has been incredibly accommodating when it comes to last minute appointments and scheduling shifts. More than once we have needed to get in quickly for an adjustment and their front desk staff have always found a spot for us greeting us like family every time we arrive. Docters Fell, Borenstein, and Hernandez have all seen my son at one point or another and I have total confidence in all three and trust each of their capabilities and their personable bed side manners with my son. If my second son should need braces, we will 100% be coming back to CCO!
