Culver City Orthodontics - Dr. Fell & Dr. Borenstein

100% recommend Culver City Orthodontics! My kids primarily see Dr. Borenstein and I couldn’t be more pleased with her excellent care, attention to detail and our results to date. With three kids and several phases of orthodontic work, we are regulars at CCO. Dr. Fell, Dr Hernandez and all the technicians are also fantastic, we have been cared by them all. The CCO team works seamlessly together so you can really get seen by any of the doctors. The office is beautiful and comfortable, the staff is warm, welcoming and quick to respond. Making and changing appointments is easy, they are very accommodating even offering Saturday appointments. I found that their fees are in line with LA orthodontists, a little less actually when we first began. They have flexible payment plans and aside from a very minimal broken retainer replacement cost, there has never been additional fees or surprise costs. Dr. Borenstein is extremely skilled and thorough and offers to correct every little space and detail so my kids teeth are as perfect as possible.Two of them are now essentially done and their smiles look fantastic. We drive from Encino to Culver City and I can honestly say that Culver City Orthodontics is absolutely worth it!

Our whole family sees the doctors at Culver City Orthodontics, and we truly couldn’t be happier. Both of my kids and I have gone through treatment with them, and we’ll continue coming back as the kids’ get older and their teeth continue to change through the stages. Every single person is genuinely lovely — the receptionists are warm, friendly, and make scheduling and rescheduling so easy. The techs and assistants are kind and efficient, and all three doctors are professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely lovely. I see any of the 3 and feel comfortable seeing either Dr. Borenstein, Dr. Fell or Dr. Valerie. You can tell they trust each other and really work seamlessly as a team. They are so communicative which greatly helps when you are undergoing multi stages of treatments. They are gentle and take the time to clearly explain every step, which I was grateful for, especially for my kids. They even guided me through having a major jaw surgery from start to finish — recommending an incredible surgeon and supporting me throughout the entire healing process all the way to the end result. I always felt informed, cared for, and completely supported. Their office uses impressive high-tech equipment and advanced computer programs, which makes the whole process so smooth and efficient. They really know what they’re doing! And when I finished my treatment, they surprised me with a bottle of champagne to celebrate! It was so thoughtful and sweet 😊 We feel so lucky to have found them. I wholeheartedly recommend Culver City Orthodontics!

My wife and I have never had a better experience with any medical practice (for our kids or us) than Culver City Orthodontics. Dr. Fell and Dr. Borenstein are so incredible, and ALL of the support staff are so sweet and professional. Our kids are always happy to go, which I’m guessing is almost never the case for other orthodontists out there!

I can’t say enough good things about CCO!! Dr. B and her team literally changed my life. I had a pretty extensive case getting an adult SARPE (surgical assisted rapid palate expander). My surgeon at Kaiser (Dr. Tehrany) was able to communicate with Dr. B and they worked on my treatment plan together. After 3 years, I can breathe out of my nose now, I have room for my tongue in my mouth and can swallow properly. Those are all things that can’t be seen, but after vaneers at Patel Dentistry, I can say my outside smile looks as good as all the interior changes feel! I trust the whole team with my smile and am so happy I chose them to do this journey with me. The front desk staff was always incredibly accommodating and kind. The techs were knowledgeable, capable, and personable. And the doctors explained things so well and were honest. I feel like the results really speak for themselves, so enjoy the pics and I’ll try to comment back if anyone had questions. I wish I had someone to ask questions to when I decided to embark on this journey!! So I’m an open book. Before smile. During. After!!

Culver City Orthodontics made the whole treatment a breeze. The doctors were always clear and took the time to explain everything, and the front staff couldn’t be friendlier. Scheduling — and even rescheduling — was super easy every time. Highly recommend!
