Excellent place! I had 14 crowns done here, and when some issues came up, they didn’t hesitate to take care of them. I experienced quite a bit of sensitivity afterward, and Dr. Mungcal and his team immediately took action to make sure I was comfortable and got the relief I needed. True customer service isn’t measured when everything goes right…it’s revealed by how a business responds when something goes wrong. I really appreciate how responsive and attentive they’ve been throughout the entire process. They truly stand behind their work and take care of their patients. Highly recommended!

The RDH Jorge is incredibly efficient, attentive and knowledgeable. It has been many years since I have had a dentist I truly feel safe and calm around and I am so happy I found downtown dental! I come from a gene pool of poor gums and parents with poor to nonexistent dental habits (yuck!) so doing the adult thing to take care of your teeth can be scary. I had a long overdue deep cleaning that was as painless as it could possibly be and more importantly THEY LISTEN. My comfort was their priority and I am so grateful. Dare I say…I CANT WAIT TO GO BACK! 10/10 for RDH JORGE!!!

I had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The office is clean, welcoming, and everyone was genuinely kind and professional. Jennifer was especially wonderful. She made me feel comfortable, answered all of my questions, and went out of her way to make sure everything went smoothly. The entire team was efficient, thorough, and never made me feel rushed. Let’s be honest, who likes going to the dentist? Not many of us right? It can scary and intimidating. However, my experience at this dental office was unlike any other. As soon I got there they made me feel comfortable right away. The staff was super welcoming and specifically Jennifer. She just made me feel at home and and made me feel like I was in good hands.
