Parkway Orthodontics

We came to Parkways Orthodontics with my son because we were unhappy with my daughter’s orthodontic experience elsewhere. I had heard amazing things about Parkway and that Dr. Gibson was amazing. We were not disappointed! We have only been there for the consult and application of braces, but it is already a far superior experience than what we had with the other business. Him and his staff get kids. During the consultation, he told my son he was going to say lot of big medical terms, but he would go back and explain in “human terms” after. He answered my son’s questions and my questions. I never felt rushed or like an inconvenience like our experience with my daughter. When it came time to get his braces on, the hygienist (Molly) was so kind and patient. She was positive, reassuring and took the time to go over things and make sure my son and I knew expectations and the process. Dr. Gibson came in and made sure everything was okay and also answered questions. They even told me if I had ANY issues I could e-mail a picture and they had someone on call on the weekends if something came up and I needed to come in. They also have a super cool points system if you take care of your braces and do a good job brushing, you can earn gift cards. My son thought this was awesome! You even get double points if you wear your Parkway Orthodontics t-shirt (provided by them) to your appointment! Somehow the managed to make my son leave our appointment EXCITED to have braces. What a cool way to encourage good habits and make a not so fun experience positive! I can’t say enough good things and I would recommend them to everyone.

Prices were compared to other facilities and reasonable. Staff are friendly and doctors are good at explaining when questions are asked. Appointments are on time and able to be in and out. Kids earn gift cards and rewards apart of the program. Our child like the crumble cookie gift cards! We love parkway!

My son got his braces on a year ago and we have absolutely loved Parkway. The appointments are quick and painless. If we have issues they are quick to respond. We just brought my daughter in to get her braces on and are excited for her to start the journey to nice teeth!

If you/your kiddo are referred to see an ortho this is the place! Kayla was our Parkway coordinator and is so sweet, quick and explains everything clearly. She even got my pre-teen to laugh a bit at his initial consult which is tough to do. Tabitha was awesome at the front desk helping us with scheduling and Larae was great this past visit for our expander placement. Larae and Dr. Anderson took the time to answer all of my questions about my sons appliances and even showed me how to cut/mold his mouth guard for football! Dr. Scott Gibson and his team have been wonderful with my son, Parker. They are kind, professional, and make each visit a great experience. We’re already seeing amazing results with his smile! Highly recommend!
