Downtown Dental

This was my first visit, and I had a great experience. The entire team was very professional, and even though the office is currently under construction, everything was clean and well organized. They were right on time, which I appreciated. The dental assistant was quick and efficient with the X-rays (which I usually hate), and they use a handheld X-ray device that made it surprisingly painless. Dr. Scott Gibson came in promptly after the X-rays, clearly explained what was needed, and was spot-on with his assessment. Elizabeth reviewed my treatment plan, costs, and scheduling, she was extremely kind and helpful, and took the time to walk me through everything. I was pleasantly surprised that pricing was better than expected, and my insurance covered more than I thought it would. Overall, a very positive experience — I’m glad I found this office.

Very grateful for the quick & thorough cleaning. Loved the hygienist who was kind, narrated the care so I knew what to expect, and made sure I was taken care of. Appreciate the kindness and efficiency. I'll make sure to let others know - so hard to find a good dentist you trust!

I don’t hand out praise lightly, especially when it comes to medical or dental care. That said, Downtown Dental in Provo has earned my trust. They’re honest, straightforward, and staffed by people who genuinely know what they’re doing and who treat you like a person, not a chart or a number. My dentist is Dr. Alejandro Siles, and he’s the kind of professional you immediately feel comfortable with. He explains what’s going on, doesn’t talk down to you, and doesn’t push unnecessary work. There’s a calm competence there that matters, especially if you’re someone who’s had less than great dental experiences in the past. The rest of the staff is solid across the board, capable, kind, and clearly working as a team. You get the sense that this is a place built on integrity and long term care, not quick fixes or sales pitches. That counts for a lot. If you’re looking for a dental office that’s trustworthy, skilled, and refreshingly human, these are your people.

Was never very impressed with my experience here. Had lots of dental work done and they never did a very great or thorough job. They didn't always have the most affordable options either. They were pretty pushy with things they wanted you to sign quickly. Most people here are fairly nice at least.
