Downtown Dental

Been going here for years. Pleasantly surprised today when I saw the second half of the building completed. They are experienced and accept most insurance. On the rare occasion there’s a copay, I have seen it to be reasonably priced. The staff keeps me coming back. Worked with the same dentist and hygienist for almost 11 years. Give them a try.

This was my first visit, and I had a great experience. The entire team was very professional, and even though the office is currently under construction, everything was clean and well organized. They were right on time, which I appreciated. The dental assistant was quick and efficient with the X-rays (which I usually hate), and they use a handheld X-ray device that made it surprisingly painless. Dr. Scott Gibson came in promptly after the X-rays, clearly explained what was needed, and was spot-on with his assessment. Elizabeth reviewed my treatment plan, costs, and scheduling, she was extremely kind and helpful, and took the time to walk me through everything. I was pleasantly surprised that pricing was better than expected, and my insurance covered more than I thought it would. Overall, a very positive experience — I’m glad I found this office.

Our family has been going here for over 5 yrs now. The staff is kind, helpful & friendly. We appreciate how fairly priced they are as well. They give you cost saving options if you need, which has been particularly helpful for my college kids. We appreciate the wonderful care they provide & they even have a mild sedation option if you have a lot of anxiety going into your procedure. We highly recommend!

Several years back I owned a large Dental practice in California. We held very high standards. Every single patient was treated as an individual and like a friend. I get a similar feeling when I go to Downtown Dental. Everyone is always very kind and welcoming. I know there have been times when Dr. Gibson could have told me I needed a procedure that I did not. But instead, he let me know that everything looked fine. Not everyone is that honest. But now I know I can totally trust Dr. Gibson in Downtown Dental not to sell me any procedures I don’t need and to provide the best dental care when it comes to things that I do need. I really like them. If you are looking for a dentist, or you’re not satisfied with your current dentist, I’d highly advise giving this Group a chance. I think you’ll be happy you did!

The books are probably 7 and a half and under And so much more. They have flavors to choose from for children and a cute nice simple office :)
