They have been kind, professional, fairly easy to work with, gentle with my son's braces, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and friendly. The staff seems to like working there. My son is comfortable and the desired outcome is happening. It also has two convient locations.

This is my 3rd time getting braces and hopefully it's the last. Started my treatment Feb 2024 and got the off Oct 2025. My main office was the Fresno location and the staff and service were beyond excellent. If you follow their instructions the process should be seamless. Nonetheless they always make sure at your appointments to address any questions or concerns you have. I ended my treatment with some tooth shaping and gum contouring (minimal), but it still helped my smile look 100%! I was also able to finance the expense which helped. 😀

I’ve had such wonderful experiences here with my daughter and me! I’d give it a perfect 10 out of 10 for the whole family. Dr. Was was able to tweak my old retainers from my previous orthodontist in Visalia and also gave me some great ideas for the future. Seriously amazing!

Cannot recommend a better place to take this journey on with. Nick has been coming her for a little over 3 years and we truly feel like family!!! So much so our daughter is next!!! THANK YOU DFO!!!!!
