Elite Dental Mann DDS

Before I committed myself to make an appointment I called the office. The woman asked me for my member # which I gave not 1 minute later she came back on phone and stated yes they accept it. I made an appointment and made an appointment. They took my card when I showed for my appointment. I proceeded with procedures. $5,000 worth. Two weeks later I was notified by insurance was not approved due to the fact they were not in network. I was falsely told my insurance was accepted. The treatment from this Dr. Mann was something I have never experienced from any dentist in my 77 years of going to dentist. A very negative one. The pain and stress I experienced is something I wouldn't wish on anyone. So ends my review on a most negative experience.

Dr. Mann is perfectionist, she has been outstanding in keeping me fully informed about my dental health every step of the way. Her expertise and communication have given me complete confidence in my treatment plan. I recently completed my Invisalign treatment and couldn't be happier with both the final results and the journey to get there. Alma provided incredible care and guidance throughout every stage of the process, making what could have been a stressful experience completely manageable and positive. From the front office to the back office, this practice has everything covered. The comprehensive care, attention to detail, and genuine concern for patients makes this office truly exceptional. I highly recommend them without reservation.

Great care and they explain each step they are making during appointments. I'm very nervous with dental work and every employee makes me feel calm and at ease at every appointment and when work is being done. I highly recommend this dental office!

Dr. Hike is probably the best dentist I’ve ever seen. I have really, REALLY bad anxiety when it comes to the dentist, especially with shots but he was very understanding and patient. They apply numbing before the shot which helped tremendously. This was the best dental experience I’ve had. Definitely recommend!!
