Both of my kids have unique dental profiles, with very specific needs. I can't even count all the ways that Dr. Costanzo and his team have gone above and beyond to help my kids' smiles. Endless grace, kindness and patience always shown to us. Hands down the best orthodontist in the area!

The office staff is incredibly welcoming and kind. The wait time is minimal, and the staff is quick to see you. They are excellent communicators, providing clear instructions throughout the process. The overall atmosphere is great. I highly recommend this office. Dr. Costanzo is exceptionally knowledgeable and attentive. He thoroughly listens to your concerns and ensures that he provides the best possible care for you!!!

I LOVE Costanzo Orthodontics. The office staff and billing are wonderful. The assistants are very competent and kind. Costanzo does everything to keep the process as trauma free, and even FUN, as possible. They did a fabulous job on my three girls teeth. The youngest had a severe over bite from finger sucking as a kid. She couldn't even bite the front teeth together to eat pizza or sandwiches. We were able to start braces a little early to remedy the front of her bite and then work with the back when those molars were ready. Now, she's an apple chomper once again! Thank you thank you thank you Dr Costanzo!

UPDATE 4/8/25: Second kid is done with a beautiful smile and we are on to kid three. Maintain my initial review wholeheartedly. Genuinely amazing office, staff and results! Best of the best!! Currently have my second kid in braces with Dr. Costanzo (and soon to be a third) and I genuinely could not recommend this office more. I have very high expectations and standards and this office exceeds them. Dr. C and every single member of his staff are top notch. They are always kind, responsive, skilled, genuine and on time. My first child’s results have been stellar, can’t wait to see the end result for my other two kids. Best orthodontic office in Fresno/Clovis for sure!
