Great place to get your braces. My sister recommended Dr. Thurman too me. The appointment was really easy to set up and had open availability. When I arrived at the location I felt very special. They had my daughter name on this cute chalk board, made me feel welcomed...staff was nice and pleasant. They explained everything and they were friendly and respectful which it's a must for me. I Recently visited Dr. Thurman Orthodontics for the first time for Consult for my daughter. My daughter left that day with a New Beautiful Smile! Stephanie did an amazing job placing her braces and Dr. was great and informative. Overall Great Experience! Most definitely will recommend this place.

I just started my treatment at Thurman Orthodontics and so far my experience has been really positive. When I first came in for my consultation, they had my name on a board as a new patient, which felt welcoming. The office is clean and inviting, and the staff seems very friendly. One of the main reasons I chose Thurman was their competitive pricing. I got quotes from two other clinics that were also clean and professional, but Thurman offered the best value. Communication has been great. I have been able to ask questions and get clarifications easily through text. Dr. Thurman even introduced himself personally, which was nice and shows that he is involved with his patients. I also follow Thurman Orthodontics on social media, and it is clear that the team is close-knit and works well together, which adds to the positive experience. This is just my initial review, and I plan to update it as my treatment progresses, but so far everything has been going really well.

Getting braces was super fast and easy. Came in for an examination and left with braces the same day! Painless and fast! staff was super nice and welcoming. I’d recommend Thurman Orthodontics to anyone who is looking to get there smile right.

Can here a couple years ago when I was still young, they promised me and my mother that they would close the gaps in my teeth. They did but then claimed I need to go somewhere else for a surgery bc they couldn’t fix it after we had already spent thousands and honestly they’re very nice and wonderful people but they didn’t take the time to explain things to me and my mom. Since I was still a teenager at the time and my mom doesn’t speak English, I feel like no one took the time to explain everything. They ended up giving me a plastic retainer which irritated my gums and made me want to gag all the time. We didn’t even know a metal retainer was an option because they never mentioned it. They only mentioned the different types of braces they offered when we first agreed to do braces. they also told me I had to go to somewhere else to fix the gap in the middle of my teeth, which was the only reason i got braces. Why did we spend thousands of dollars with the promise of closing the gaps if they couldn’t even do that in their establishment. They didn’t mention me having to go somewhere else and then not being able to completely fix it until we had already invested so much into them and their guidance on the process was nonexistent. They also shaved my teeth super wrong and I can still see the lines and grooves they left when shaving down my teeth. It hurt really bad when they did it too but I’m more upset about the fact they left lines on my teeth. The actual doctor also doesn’t do your braces it’s always someone that’s like in training or something he just checks their work so who knows if they know what they’re doing. But they’re very nice people.
