Young Orthodontics

I began treatment with Young Orthodontics in early 2023. My experience in the course of Spark aligner treatment has been disappointing at best. The original treatment plan required that I wear a new set of aligners each week for 37 weeks. Despite compliance with my treatment, minimal progress was made a few months in. The plan was then modified so that new aligners would be worn each month instead of weekly. This prolonged the duration from 37 months to years. After this change occurred, I did not receive a clear explanation of new treatment goals or a definitive timeline. Towards the end of 2025, I was told by my dental office that my teeth had not moved into place sufficiently after so much time. It seemed prudent to address this issue and other concerns directly with Dr. Young before another appointment. Her office informed me that she would only be available to speak with me the following month, and that I would be charged an additional fee. I understand that she is busy and that her time is valuable, but so is mine. I rarely get a chance to talk to the orthodontist during appointments. If she does check in, it’s only for a moment. I don’t think my treatment should be left to the discretion of various techs instead of the actual orthodontist. I no longer feel comfortable being a patient or customer of this practice, but my treatment is paid already. My results have not met reasonable expectations. I would greatly appreciate a resolution. Furthermore, Spark aligners were sold to me as a more convenient and flexible alternative to conventional braces. This was not the case. I constantly have to find the time to attend numerous visits, and one of my brackets keeps detaching. Had I known this in advance, I would not have agreed to Spark aligner treatment. I’m sharing my experience to encourage others to ask detailed questions about treatment timelines, payment policies, and communication practices before beginning care. My goal is not to disparage anyone, but to help future patients make fully informed decisions. Update: The practice’s response does not address the specific concerns raised in my original review. To reiterate, I followed all treatment instructions, wore my aligners as directed, and attended appointments with little results. My concerns relate to the lack of expected progress, the extension of my treatment timeline from approximately one year to more than three years, and the manner in which these concerns were handled. Rather than receiving clear explanations or solutions, I experienced continued delays and additional charges to discuss my own treatment concerns. I have maintained detailed documentation of my treatment and communications. I am sharing my experience so that others can make informed decisions and ensure all expectations, timelines, and policies are clearly understood before beginning treatment.

I teared up as I tried to verbalize my gratitude for the amazing treatment my daughter is currently receiving at Young Orthodontics. She is 13, it’s only been a few months and the structure of her face looks so elegant. Her front teeth are aligning with her midline and it id so beautiful. My brother owns a dental practice in Gilbert. He refers all of his clients to young orthodontics. I completely understand why. Their chair side manner is impeccable and their work is outstanding. I am one grateful mom!

I highly recommend this place! The doctor and staff are very professional. It’s always clean, welcoming and warm when you first enter the office. I also noticed the staff will acknowledge the patient by their name, the moment the patient walks through the door, that’s say a lot about professionalism and their letter board. I don’t know how they hire the right people, but they truly do. This was my daughter’s first day here, and she was WOW’d by the place and staff. My teen noticed her name, except it was spelled wrong on the letter board… we didn’t take it personal! 💅:) This place is AMAZING hands down!! I can truthfully say I’ve been to a few orthodontist offices, and I am so grateful to have an orthodontics office to take my kids for their orthodontics treatment — we don’t have to look any further… this place was highly recommended to me by my coworker and I agree. I echo again I highly recommend Young Orthodontics!

We highly recommend this window cleaning service and have been a repeat customer for several years. Chase is professional, nice, timely and has a great attention to detail. The pricing is fair and honest. We have used them for the inside and outside of our windows, including basement window locations. He will even clean our mirrors inside which is a huge bonus. We will keep hiring them again and again!
