I am so glad I was referred to Blacker, they have been wonderful with all treatments. Appts are always on time, easy checkin and confirmations, explanations of phases and next steps, when there is an emergency fix we get communication promptly and seen. The office always have fun activities, and cool tokens the patients earn to use for rewards. Everyone is pleasant and it's been such a great experience for my daughter.

Having had four kids go through braces, I can’t say enough about the kindness and helpfulness of the staff, their flexibility with scheduling, and the exceptional knowledge and expertise of Dr. Blacker. He goes above and beyond for his patients, handling even the most complex cases with skill and compassion. I was a patient at this office and have experienced ongoing issues with communication and follow-up after completing my treatment. Once treatment is finished, there is little to no post-care support from blacker orthodontics. Recently, when I called with a question, I spoke with Joanna, who was unwilling to assist me, provided no alternative options, and ended the call quickly. When I requested to speak with an office manager, I was informed that they don't have an office manager and that no one would be able to assist me further. This has been a consistent experience since completing my treatment. The staff are not responsive to former patients, and there is no clear process for addressing questions or concerns after treatment has concluded. I was told on one occasion while finishing up my treatment that a concern I had would require me to book an appointment for another day just to speak with Dr. Blacker and he was in the same office the day I was. Patients considering this office should be aware that post-treatment communication and support are minimal. Correction: During our call, Joanna mentioned that she would have the financial coordinator contact me, but I never received a call from anyone in the office.
