We LOVE Sonoran Smile. Both of my daughters have been patients and we have had such a positive experience with both. The staff is super friendly and efficient. Extremely respectful of busy schedules. My girls love everyone in the office. Highly recommend!!

We had a wonderful experience at the Sonoran Smile orthodontic office. The staff were very nice and gentle, and they took great care of my son. They were accommodating to our needs, provided timely and efficient service, and made the whole process smooth and comfortable. Highly recommend!

Our child had their second round of orthodontic treatment at Sonoran Smiles Orthodontics. Midway through treatment, we had to relocate and requested that the braces be removed. The doctor expressed that treatment wasn’t complete, but we had no choice due to the move. Despite unfinished alignment and visible gaps, they removed the braces and installed a permanent retainer — which seemed unnecessary given treatment wasn’t finished. Before and after ending services, I confirmed with the office manager that we didn’t owe any additional balance, and was told each time that our account was clear. However, after leaving, I continued receiving insurance claim updates showing the office was billing for months of fictitious service dates — long after treatment had stopped. When I contacted the office about this, I was suddenly told that I owed the full treatment balance, even though the contract allows for early termination. The manager, Liz, insisted my child’s treatment was “complete” and that her smile was “beautiful,” despite her still needing additional orthodontic work for misalignment, gaps, and a broken permanent retainer that failed soon after installation. It’s also extremely unprofessional that they continued billing my old insurance for nine months after we ended services. I’m still trying to resolve this with them, but the lack of honesty, accountability, and professionalism has made this a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this office based on our experience.

The environment at Sonoran Smiles is very welcoming. During my treatment, I felt very cared for and appreciated. I would definitely recommend this place.

I have now been to Sonoran smile for 2 sets of braces, Invisalign, and now my daughter’s set of braces. We love the staff there! Tracie at the front desk is so kind and helpful, Dr. Vu, and Dr. Shadow are all incredible. We wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. The staff makes scheduling easy, and they’re always on time with their appointments! They make sure you’re fully satisfied with your smile before your treatment is finished.
