I loved this practice when it was McMurphy. Dr. McMurphy and his team always took great care of my son through phase I braces into phase II, but this transition into Harvey and Thomas has been rocky. Getting a new orthodontist in the middle of treatment is less than ideal, especially when the first meeting with them is less than 5 minutes long. It is also not comforting to know that my billing information was lost in the transition, with no prior communication about the transition. I am less than impressed with Harvey and Thomas’s team.

Dr. McMurphy has been awesome since I went there for my first appointment. Clean office and very nice, knowledgeable staff. I was nervous at first, but after talking to Dr. McMurphy and his assistant I felt at home. The assistant was very nice to me and very helpful. She made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I love this office!!

Dr. McMurphy and his staff were very welcoming! They treated me with kindness and made sure I was fine every step of the way during treatment! 10/10 would recommend!!!

We have been using McMurphy Orthotics for years and between myself and my children we have went through 4 treatments with them! Wonderful experiences! The entire staff are always friendly and willing to help!
