Lauryn, was great. She kid very knowledgeable, listens to the patient’s needs and concerns, and she ensures that she resolves the issue, or have the resources (Dr. Murphy/Thomas) to come and dive deeper. I recommend Harvey Thomas. Ask for Lauryn if you appreciate quality care.

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent experience at Harvey and Thomas Orthodontics in Saraland, Alabama. During our visit, my son and I felt judged and uncomfortable by the way we were spoken to by The orthodontist His self The comments and tone used came across as unprofessional and disrespectful. Instead of feeling welcomed and supported, we left feeling embarrassed and upset. As patients, we expect to be treated with kindness, patience, and professionalism, especially in a healthcare setting. Unfortunately, that was not our experience during this visit. I hope this complaint will be taken seriously and used as an opportunity to improve the way patients and families are treated in the future. No one should feel judged or made uncomfortable while seeking care. The orthodontist took it upon himself to apologize for my parenting directly to my child multiple times I honestly hate that we had this experience because I was truly looking forward for the care that That they give their and they do great work, but unfortunately, we will be going somewhere else Ashlie Harmon

This morning I had my appointment to have braces put on and was met by Lauryn . She was professional, sweet and made my anxiety stop. Super sweet group of people and I’m excited to see my progress as we move forward .

My son had to have a palate expander put in and everyone was so helpful explaining how it works, showing us how to adjust it, and answering all my questions even when I had more later on. He has since completed the treatment for the expander and his dentist even said it worked perfectly. Fabulous group!!

The staff always provides a great experience for my daughter!
