Everyone was kind and professional. The treatment coordinator Toots was awesome and thorough with proving the best treatment plan for my daughter and myself! Melissa was sweet with putting my braces on! No pain whatsoever! Overall the staff was amazing and I would give them 10 stars if I could. I recommend them to anyone interested in braces within Mobile and Baldwin county area!!

Expensive. Get a second opinion; Dr. Bennett is friendly at first to persuade you into the contract. However, in my child's experience, she increasingly received unprofessional nurses and because the braces had already been installed, it was too late to switch doctors. One nurse even chipped her tooth while cleaning, with zero apology. I was apalled -- that is behavior of entitled and unprofessional nurses. A chipped tooth is thankfully not impacting my child's health but that is a permanent and preventable damage. We were relieved to get the braces off due to these attitudes. Beware if your family is not white. In our experience, this clinic treats minority customers poorly. You may receive less thorough care from Dr. Bennett and disrespectful care from staff. Definitely wisely spend your thousands of dollars in a place that will invest in your patient the whole braces journey, not just for the initail buy-in.

We went in for a consult and my daughter left with braces on, the same day braces are amazing! They were very detailed and explained everything very well and we got a discount for paying in full as well!
