Vital Smiles Dental & Orthodontics

Very Professional this was my first time coming here and being a new client. The bathroom was was very clean the floors were spotless and the atmosphere was great. Being a mother with a child with autism they knew what to do and they were perfect for it. I'm glad I came to vital smiles the receptionist in the front is very understanding and made things easy for me. Also there so good with the kids and let them have a good time without being loud and being everywhere. They had all the games kids would enjoy and love to play. My daughter loved being in there the most she didnt want to leave because of the atmosphere definitely looking forward to coming back 😁

My children are 13 and 5. The service is professional. The hygienists, Ms. Robin and Ms. Sonya give special care to my children's teeth. Sharing informative cleaning tips and addressing any concerns are a main priority. My children feel confident about their oral health because these two ladies are passionate about what they do. For this reason we continue being vital smile patients.

I am very disappointed with the service that they provide. It has a constant missteps and inconvenience with this company. I confirmed the appointments and when I get there they don’t have any record. The front desk person, I forgot her name, was very rude. They claim they filed a bill with the insurance and tried to bill me for the full service out of pocket until I question it and confirmed that claims in question was not filed. I then decided to move facilities and requested the chart. It took 2 weeks to get a copy of the chart. I called prior to going to the office and was told it was ready only to find a sheet of paper and a bill (which was supposed to be the chart complete with 4-5 visits). When I got there I still have to wait for the full chart. To make matters worse was that morning I spoke with the supervisor who was dealing with the situation and left the sheet of paper at the front desk. Later she admitted that she didn’t check to make sure it was the complete chart. They are incompetent and unprofessional. If you want to be running around and wasting time to get service, that where you want to go. I will say the actual provider did a good job but the support staff sucks!!

(0 stars if it was an option) My children have all came here for over 16 years ! The staff in the past were excellent ! But now…. They’re absolutely horrible ! They have rescheduled my children appointments three times already and over 4 months span. The receptionist (appointments) was very rude and unapologetic. She stated to me “they were short staffed and they can’t help it”. I expressed to her that their appointments have been pushed back three times already and she said “well if we don’t have any staff, we can’t see patients”. Very unprofessional!
