Do not come here for orthodontics. Several appointments rescheduled throughout my son’s treatment. We showed up today for an appointment we got a text reminder for, to learn that there was no orthodontists so they were closed. I took time off work and wasted gas to drive to an appointment that i should have been contacted to cancel. I would give them zero stars if that was an option.

My first time was pleasant considering I was a the dentist !!! Everyone was nice. The doctor was great made me feel like he was going to take good care of me. Only thing that bothered me was wait time was a bit too long to go in the back. I would recommend Vital Smiles to others.

I’ve been going here for many years and it’s overall completely unprofessional. Their procedures are outdated and caused me to need to get a root canal for the constant rescheduling of my appointments that were to fix my cavity. I’ve had to get procedures redone up to three times and there still seems to be something wrong with it. The staff is rude and I have had to wait an hour in the lobby just to have my appointment rescheduled and then only to have it rescheduled again. This is unprofessional and overall unacceptable for this place to still operate.

Great experience with vital smiles the lady the front desk took her time and went through the steps for my insurance it was just great 3-13-26 just left vital smiles today had a appt for 8:00 3-13-26 for a teeth pulling they called my name i paid $110 but it was only $105 she said she'll put toward my next visit after they took my money they told me that my insurance didn't match my name my driver's license says my maiden name my insurance say my maiden and married name they told me I would have to wait 2-4weeks to get my money back they are a rip off and either change my insurance or change my driver's license to fit my insurance i'm pissed because the wait i have to wait for my money back I could have went somewhere else it's just funny that they took my money and then tell me that my insurance and my license didn't match which it do one just have my maiden name and the other has my maiden and married name

Poor customer service, I called and the lady was rude, didn’t let me finish the sentence before she gave an answer. Really bad customer service, rude staff and very poor information handling. All this bad reviews are right, this office is not friendly nor helpful.
