This is hands down one of the best dental offices I’ve been to. The staff is kind, patient, and genuinely cares about your comfort. They made what is usually a stressful experience feel easy and relaxed. We appreciated how they explained each step and checked in often to make sure he was comfortable. Highly recommend!

I actually enjoy going to the dentist at vital smiles! They are kind and very patient with me. I'm like a child when it comes to my mouth and they are so gentle I forget why I ever get scared. Thank you so much Dr. Mike and all his associates there!

Had an appointment for my son and was running a little bit late but they have a 15 min grace period (or so I thought) i walk in at 10:43 his appointment was at 10:30 and they had the nerve to tell me that I was too late because her computer time said it was 10:46. So you're telling me that your computer time is 3 min faster then our cell phones.... that's a problem and even then it's only a minute and you'd think since the issue of different times on my phone and her computer they'd let that ONE MINUTE slide. Also, there was not one person in the waiting room. So not only did they not see him they wouldn't give me a school excuse. I understand that I was late but I was in the grace period time. So heads up if you decide to go here it's only a 12 min grace period since their computer time is wrong 🙄

When this office first opened it was an asset to the community. Over the years it has declined tremendously! I have had multiple appointments I came for and was told they could not complete the work that day because the dentist was not in or told another cleaning needs to be done first and there is a 6-month wait for scheduling. My son had a chipped tooth so I scheduled the appointment to fix it. When we arrived we were told it could not be done because there needed to be another cleaning done before they do any dental work. That was not told to me when it was scheduled. I called out of work a second time to take him for a cleaning and schedule the dental work to be done. We arrived 5 minutes early and this cleaning appointment took 4 hours. Fast forward to the next appointment to finally complete the dental work, I have now called out of work a third time. When we arrived we were told the person who does that type of work is not there and it would need to be rescheduled AGAIN and appointments are 4 months out which means he would need yet ANOTHER cleaning before it can be done because it would be 6 months past the last cleaning. 1 year and 4 missed work days later the chipped tooth is still not fixed! Extremely frustrating and disappointing! I would not recommend coming to this office especially if you have a job because you may call out for no reason and if they do see you you will be out all day for something as simple as a cleaning. It seems ridiculous I spent more vacation days at this dental office then I did on a weekend beach trip!

My daughter had a toothache all night and I called the dental office first thing in the morning and they were able to see. We did not have to wait too long and the lady who saw was really nice and explained everything that needed to be done.
