Knapp Orthodontics

Absolutely recommend Dr. Knapp and his staff. My daughter had a narrow palate and some permanent teeth were trapped. We went to another business and it felt like a sales pitch. No one addressed my child’s concerns or seemed interested in her feelings at all. Total difference with Dr. Knapp. Professional, engaged with my daughter, made her feel comfortable, all questions were answered. So very happy and grateful for them!

Everyone here is so nice, and they are great with my child! They answered all of his questions very well and made sure he felt safe and comfortable. The office is well-run and welcoming and it was a great experience for my 10 year old- he’s actually looking forward to going back!

Dr. Knapp and his team are nothing short of amazing. Every single person in that office is incredibly kind. I never leave my appointments without laughing or smiling at least once while Im there. Every appointment has been enjoyable, and well worth the drive. (and did i mention the slushie machine in the front?) 10/10

What bothers me is that they're not being upfront. If they had told me that the visits were every two months and the payment was monthly, I wouldn't be complaining because they would have informed me. But now it turns out I'm going to pay over 24 months, but they'll only see my daughter 12 times, and that doesn't seem fair to me because they're working for the money and not for the patient. But I'm already committed to them; I have no choice. The only option is to lose the money I've already paid. But they should let people know this. I called my niece, and she didn't use her account, and they saw her every month or every three weeks. That's why I came back to tell you that I didn't want to pay like this anymore, but these women came and made me feel like I had no choice, that this is how it is, and that's that.

KO has become my perfect smiling family. They’re so nice and welcoming. I’m able to text the office any reschedules or questions. They always make time to squeeze me in when needed. Oh, and they have the CUTEST shirts. Obsessed with the KO family.
